Brigham and Women's Hospital
After four contractors had given up over a period of nine months, the hospital was still faced with the problem of a severely plugged garbage pipe containing many years build-up of medical waste.
Children's Medical Center
A unique challenge with this job was that access to the courtyard was narrow and inaccessible to traditional heavy equipment. unless it were to be lifted in by helicopter.
Sewer Line in Tight Quarters
This job was bound to be “fun” — pull 95′ of PE sewer pipe under a garage, a breezeway and a house terminating under a 4′ x 5′ room in a 2′ x 3′ pit dug through a concrete floor right beside a hot water tank!
Chevron Oil Head Office
This job was an interior project requiring machines and work pits to be at sites within the building itself. The project called for a total of 2000 feet of varying-diameter pipe to be pulled. Pipe diameters included 4″, 8″, 10″ and 16″.
NASA Jet Fuel Laboratory
NASA required 450 feet of sewer line to be replaced at its Laguna Hills, Ca facility where their jet fuel testing lab is located. The sewer line was underneath the giant facility, included a 90° turn and ran directly under the test lab.
WALMART Retail Outlet
The main sewer line from the store was in serious need of replacement and ran the length of the store. The original pipe was made of cast iron which suffered severe corrosion from cola which…
